Context & objectives

  • PIREP (70 employees) transforms and sells high performance resins and polyurethane for the automative, aerospace, nuclear, steel, military, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mecanics et electronics industries.
  • PIREP has implemented an internal tailor-made solution, developed on Oracle, for 20 years. This ERP includes especially commercial management, price management, production management, procurement and supply management.
  • This solution is now obsolete and only maintain by the IS Director who retired in 2018.
  • The IS evolution of PIREP must meet the following challenges:
    • A modern, secure and sustainable information system
    • Ensure at minimum the same level of coverage regarding PIREP’s activities
